Congratulations to the 2013-2014 STEAM Grant recipients!
With the generous support from the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation and the Grable Foundation, the Allegheny Intermediate Unit’s Center for Creativity has awarded $500,000 in grants that demonstrate an innovative approach for integrating Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) in classrooms throughout the region. This year’s awards focused on creating spaces and places that incorporate STEAM concepts and exemplify 21st Century learning. The awardees span nine counties in western Pennsylvania. Join us in congratulating the 2013-2014 recipients of the Center for Creativity’s $20,000 STEAM Grants.
